1. Hand-Blended Processing Timelines
Every single one of our organic botanical infusions, herbal steeps, and non-toxic home care solutions is prepared carefully by hand in small batches. Because we do not rely on mass-factory manufacturing, our processing times reflect the time and care required to hand-blend your products safely.

Standard Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be hand-formulated, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Peak Seasons & New Month Launches: During high-volume periods, new month resets, or holidays, processing may take an additional 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our strict standards of handcrafted quality.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Once your order has been carefully prepared by hand, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers (typically USPS or UPS).

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping across the United States generally takes 3-7 business days to arrive at your door once shipped, depending on your location.

Tracking Information: The moment your order is packed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your home.
3. Alignment with our Refund & Return Policy
We want you to feel completely secure and supported in your wellness journey. To ensure a seamless experience, our shipping timelines work in direct harmony with our return guidelines:

30-Day Return Window: We proudly honor returns within 30 days from the date your tracking status shows the package was successfully delivered to your address.

14-Day Refund Processing: Once a returned package is received back at our facility and inspected to ensure it meets our safety guidelines, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the return for the funds to be successfully credited back to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Because our products are hand-blended to order, it is critical that consumers verify their delivery information at checkout.

Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@barelytherehomecare.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and a shipping label has been generated, we cannot alter the destination.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: Barely There Home Care, LLC is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier if the shipping address provided at checkout was correct. If your organic blends arrive physically damaged due to transit, please take photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
